~Strawberry Razzle Dazzle Parfaits~

I know it's not Recipe Wednesday, but I had to share these with you.
I made them Saturday night for some really good friends and they turned out so pretty and tasted as good as they look!

Strawberry Razzle Dazzle Parfait

What you'll need:

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch Granola
  • low calorie Reddiwhip
  • Glasses to serve them in

I know that this is the easiest and most done recipe, but for those of you who are looking for an idea for kids...this is awesome! I couldn't keep them away from the fridge.

Slice up about 7 strawberries in a bowl.
Add about 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar or splenda to slightly sweeten if they are a bit tart.
Take a pastry cutter and mash strawberries
Slice up about 6 or 7 more strawberries and add to mixture.
Take your parfait glass and scoop some vanilla yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
Then add a serving spoon of granola.
Then add the strawberries.
Repeat the process again but add the raspberries in place of the strawberries.
That way you have one layer of strawberries and one of raspberries.
Top with some reddiwhip.

These make a great and healthy dessert.
They are also very pretty to look at.

Come back Wednesday to see my delectable fruit dip made with only 3 ingredients. It is DELICIOUS!!
